The label is fine (if over priced), but the chain is too short to fit many decanters correctly. When I tried to contact the seller regarding the short chain, all pathways to contact her on eBay were deactivated so I posted a review. When she saw my original review, the buyer immediately contacted me begging me to revise my review because it would be bad for her business while completely ignoring my concerns. She then promised to send me an extension for the chain & then broke her promise.

So sorry for your disappointment! I strive to maintain 100% positive reveiws I have had since 2002. Had you contacted me immediately, I feel we could have easily resolved this in a timely fashion, as I do with ALL of my clients and their purchases. "Disableing" the CONTACT SELLER prompt is not a viable option (per Ebay)...so that is defininetly a perplexing claim? Again, my apologies.
