i explained to the buyer that the set was damaged and refunded him ? this is the problem with online is people tend to twist things and lately expect instant shipments im just a person that works full time and ebayers seem to expect shipment same day or next day i have 3 day business handling time ( sometimes it takes me a few days longer ) but i always ship out or will refund it i can't locate an item quick enough i refund . some buyers don't understand

Never lied! it was taking longer than expected to locate wasn't about 2 weeks. He filed claim no email.i asked if he wanted a refund same day I couldn't locate.He Preferred Movie i agreed to spend few more days looking through Memorial Day weekend 2 separate days searched & organized the movies looking NOTE I MOVED & my inventory got unorganized 30x60 storage couldn't locate case with gumby VHS. 5/28 promised refund if I couldn't locate in few days I DID. He left neg 2nd day 5/30 I TRIED TO FIND
