No problem with package until I installed the ROMS.I contacted seller but not around until 28th. Fortunately I discovered through other channels the problem is the implementation of the 3.2 ROM for Amiga 4000. It doesn't show the kickstart screen. The one thing amiga owners have looked for since year dot. So assumed ROMS no good. Once I attached a boot disk all was well.
