Shipping and handling took only 2 weeks from China to the United States. But the phone was not as their advertisement and it didn't work as expected. Even though returned it to the vendor and got my money back, I lost my time and shipping cost. I'm not sure why the vendor didn't check the phone before he shipped it to the customer.
