Unfortunately, the package was crushed on one side when it was delivered. The handle is broken where it meets the basket, on one side, also. The glass shards are on the paper towel. It cannot be repaired. I don't think it is the seller's fault, though. Sometimes things just get broken in shipping. The item as very well packaged.
