The batteries arrived both dead and will not take a charge so I am quite disappointed and hopefully they can check their remaining stock so they don’t disappoint future customers however I am pleased with their service getting them shipped out to me .

They are rechargeable batteries, they should not be shipped charged !! Why didn't you contact us if you had an issue ? And why don't you just charge the batteries ???
