I’m really sorry, Sadly due to the cyber attack on the Royal Mail ceasing international packages this item was substantially delayed, explained fully with a link to the RM upon ordering. Refund or replacement was offered, a full refund was issued with the hope that the item should still arrive as it had only been two weeks and was heading to Australia after serious backlog issues, thankfully delays are subsiding and hopefully things will start to back to normal soon.
