Item arrived with manuals in box as pictured, although quite filthy all around. Something spilled and splattered, now dried, on the top and front, as well as on the manuals and paperwork/box, which was stuffed with a plastic grocery bag for padding. Packing job left a lot to be desired. Shipping took a little over a week; ordered on the 12th and it arrived on the 20th.
Testing the device shows everything to be in good working condition, though. I appreciate the great deal, regardless.
