If you need to contact us please do so through eBay messages. We try to respond to messages as quickly as possible but please allow 1-2 working days for us to respond. However if you wish to contact us via phone you can ring 028 308 68888.
 
PAYMENT
Immediate payment is required. We prefer payments with PayPal. No personal cheques or payment with credit cards outside of PayPal.
We try to dispatch all items within 24hrs of payment. If possible we will dispatch same working day.
 
DELIVERY
Delivery is currently free for all orders in the UK. We will endeavour to despatch the products to you within 24 hours of your order. Delivery delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed please contact us and we will find out the reason for your delay. You have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility. For courier deliveries please inspect the item before accepting delivery. If the packaging shows signs of damage, refuse the delivery. We can then send you another one. We cannot claim from the courier company for damaged items unless they have been refused for as damaged.
Items will only be shipped to the address entered at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once the item has been despatched. If you contact us before the item is shipped we can cancel your order, refund you in full, allowing you to order the item again with the correct address. We do this so eBay has a record of the correct shipping address.
 
EXTRA CHARGE POSTCODES
Please check postage costs first if your postcode begins with AB, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, PO, FK, ZE, TR, IM, JE or GY. Send us a message with the item number you require and post code. We will then inform of you of extra postage charges if any.
If you have ordered an item from us and your postcode incurs an extra charge we will contact you to inform you of these charges. If you do not wish to pay for the extra postage we will happily refund you in full for the order.
As we are based in Northern Ireland there are no extra postage charges to BT postcodes

WARRANTY
All warranty claims will be dealt with on a "like for like" replacement basis only and where the warranty is deemed to be genuine. It is assumed that when you purchase any part that the vehicle fault was properly diagnosed. All warranty items must be returned for inspection. Labour costs are not covered under any circumstances
 
FITTING
It is the responsibility of you, the user, to ensure that all parts are of correct application before painting or fitting.
All parts must always be installed by a person qualified to fit them, any attempt to fit parts where this is not the case will void the warranty, please also note that all information supplied must be carefully noted by you, while we will always endeavour to help where we can, we cannot always guarantee that a specific part will fit a specific application
