They sent completely the wrong socks, they told me I would have to send them back before they would send out a replacement, the postage was free!!  I explained that I lived in a small rural area and it was difficult for me to get out to the post office.  it would’ve cost me money to send something back that was free postage, still no apology. I think it’s a sign of good business. They should’ve let me keep the ones that they’ve incorrectly ordered and sent me the correct ones out!
