Widerrufsrecht

1. Der Kunde ist gemäß § 11 FAGG berechtigt, ohne Angabe von Gründen innerhalb von 14 Tagen schriftlich von seiner Vertragserklärung zurückzutreten. Es genügt, wenn die Erklärung innerhalb dieser Frist abgesendet wird. Es gelten die Beschränkungen (Ausnahmen vom Widerrufsrecht) des § 18 FAGG.

2. Die Widerrufsfrist beginnt mit dem Tag der Inbesitznahme der Ware durch den Kunden bzw. einen von ihm benannten Dritten, der nicht der Beförderer der Ware ist. Bei Teillieferungen bzw. gesonderten Lieferungen einer einheitlichen Bestellung ist der Tag der Inbesitznahme der zuletzt gelieferten Ware maßgeblich.

4. Wenn dieser Vertrag vom Kunden widerrufen wird, sind dem Kunden alle Zahlungen, die der Verkäufer von ihm erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme von zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass er eine andere Art der Lieferung als die vom Verkäufer angebotenen, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über seinen Widerruf dieses Vetrags beim Verkäufer eingegangen ist. 5. Der Kunde hat die empfangene Ware unverzüglich, spätestens jedoch binnen 14 Tagen ab Abgabe der Widerrufserklärung, an den Verkäufer zurückzustellen. Es genügt, wenn die Ware innerhalb dieser Frist abgesendet wird.

6. Die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Ware sind vom Käufer zu tragen. Das Risiko während dem Postlauf trägt der Absender.

7. Der Verkäufer kann die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis der Verkäufer die Waren wieder zurückerhalten hat oder bis der Nachweis vom Kunden erbracht ist, dass der Kunde die Waren zurückgesandt hat, je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist.

Cancellation instruction

1. According to §11 FAGG, the customer is entitled to withdraw from his contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons. It is sufficient if the declaration is sent within this period. The restrictions (exceptions to the right of withdrawal) of § 18 FAGG apply.

2. The cancellation period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party named by him who is not the carrier of the goods takes possession of the goods. In the case of partial deliveries or separate deliveries of a uniform order, the date on which the goods were taken into possession of the last goods delivered is decisive.

4. If the customer withdraws from this contract, the customer shall be entitled to all payments that the seller has received from him, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that he uses a different type of delivery than that from the seller offered, cheapest standard delivery), to be reapid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on whichthe notification of this cancellation of this contract was received by the seller. 5. The customer has to return the received goods to the seller immediately, but no later than 14 days after submitting the declaration of cancellation. It is sufficient if the goods are sent within this period.

6. The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the buyer. The sender bears the risk during the mail run.

7. The seller can refuse the repayment until the seller has received the goods back or until the customer has provided evidence that the customer has sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
