I would give a negative only because the product acted as a laxative. The seller was great and shipping time and price was good. Just didn't say it would give me diarrea so will not use this again. Rather just go cold turkey 🦃

It does say consult your doctor, there is an ingredient called senna that will soften your stool. which is a part of detoxing as well.
