We are perplexed why you would not contact us in this situation or respond to our requests? Normally a customer would get in touch if their item never arrived, not just chalk it up as bad luck. Tracking shows that your item was delivered to you so we can only assume you must have been mistaken when leaving this feedback. Contacted seller and politely asked if item could be dispatched within 2 days as it was an anniversary gift , I had no reply, so a couple of days later messaged enquiring if the item had been dispatched, i received a long reply in return about their personal problems, along with a refund and told I was blocked, which meant I never received the item at all, and no time to buy elsewhere, we all have issues going on in our lives, very unprofessional.

You contacted us politely while we were closed. When someone was able to attend the messages we explained the item could not get there in time so we processed you a full refund. You lied about your order date and quickly turned to writing personal and hurtful comments. You do not know anybody's else's circumstances and you should NEVER feel you are allowed to comment. We dealt with your order the best way we could at the time and we would not want your custom again so yes, we blocked you.

Seller has now left insulting comments accusing me of not only being a liar, but rude and hurtful, none of which is true. The seller was not showing as away , I politely asked if the item had been dispatched and got a long winded explanation why nobody in the team could post. Seller and their untrue comments all reported to eBay so they can now review messages. I found this seller very aggressive, see their previous comments to negative feedback. Avoid. .
