Said they shipped item then kept me waiting ages.When I asked where trainers were they said they contacted Royal mail who told them they were delayed and they gave another date. After weeks of mucking me around I got Royal Mail to officially investigate-it has been officially proven that they completely lied and took my money under false pretences*They never even sent my item in the first place, I was given a false tracking number and they never contacted Royal mail,Very dodgy company.
