The container was very obviously filled with water and shaken to try and mix what scant amount of residual product remained inside the tube. I've purchased this exact perfumed lotion from other sellers and never had a problem until now. It wasn't even lotion. It was water. There was no fragrance at all, due to the absence of the original product. This scent has been discontinued for some time. HOWEVER, it most certainly did have a lovely scent and that is why I suggested in my FULL description that the "lotion" would work better as a body veil to scent the skin. You need to READ what is being offered for sale instead of complaining when you receive what is advertised.
