My original Head Unit was a EU model that didn't have SiriusXM (which my wife really wanted to keep) and they worked with me to get the unti swapped out and even paid for shipping. They stayed in contact with me throughout and are still helping me personally for any weird last minute questions. We even worked out a nice touchscreen upgrade along the way!
