Nel caso in cui si riscontrano difetti (quali errori di stampa, deformazioni, strappi, graffi) o l’articolo ricevuto non corrisponde a quanto ordinato, prima di rimuovere l’adesivo dalla base o applicarlo, è necessario contattarci inviandoci un messaggio privato e fornire una prova fotografica dell’errore e/o del problema, entro e non oltre i 14 giorni dalla ricezione del prodotto.  

Dopo aver visionato la richiesta, provvederemo a risolvere il problema nella maniera più adeguata.  Nel caso in cui la richiesta venga effettuata dopo 14 giorni dalla ricezione dell’ordine, ci riserveremo il diritto di rifiutare qualunque tipo di assistenza.

Importante: Le spese di restituzione nell'ambito del recesso sono sempre a carico dell'acquirente.

SUPERFICI DI APPLICAZIONE

L’adesivo è studiato e testato esclusivamente per applicazioni su carene e serbatoi con superfici completamente lisce e piatte.

Non è possibile applicare l’adesivo su superfici curve, zone con ruggine, superfici deteriorate, sporche o graffiate

Qualunque altro uso ed applicazione diverso da quello indicato, non è di nostra responsabilità.

RESPONSABILITA’ INSTALLAZIONE

La responsabilità di una corretta applicazione rimane a carico del cliente. 

Gli errori dovuti ad una applicazione errata dell’adesivo o ad eventuali danni causati per un uso non corretto dello stesso, non possono costituire motivo di reclamo. 

Non ci riteniamo responsabili di eventuali danni recati al proprio veicolo e della sua garanzia durante l’uso dei nostri prodotti.

 In genere, l'applicazione dell’adesivo non invalida la garanzia del mezzo, ma ti consigliamo di rivedere i termini di garanzia del marchio proprietario per esserne certi.

 La compatibilità delle vernici dovrebbe essere verificata dall'utente prima dell'applicazione. 

Non siamo responsabili per problemi di qualunque natura che possono verificarsi durante la rimozione degli adesivo.
