B+ I can't give a total negative review or even a neutral, because I'm not totally dissatisfied and I don't think a neutral one is completely fair. Ten of the lights didn't work and there are only 4 replacement bulbs, provided by original manufacturer. I'll have to buy 6 more. I don't recall if the original description said so many lights were dead. They could have broke during shipment. Other than that the product is in very good shape for being around 30 years old and packaging was great.
