Item did not fit anything advertised (HD touring models). 016 has left hand twist for a foreign bike, or something other than a 2013 or newer Harley touring. Seller did provide a refund but communication left a lot to be desired. Finally got eBay involved and the return was taken care of.

I am very sorry for the confusion. This is a left-hand thread for dual gas cap tanks. The buyer had a single cap gas tank which requires a right-hand thread gas cap. We responded to every message and provided a free return shipping label along with a full refund. eBay was not involved, however, we do ask buyers to utilize the built in eBay returns system to streamline the return process.
