This was sent as a NEUTRAL feedback. eBay has the oppressive policy of downgrading NEUTRAL feedback to NEGATIVE feedback. The arrival time was messaged to me as May 28, 2024. I used the tracking number in the confirmation message. I was not able get results when I used it. The purpose of the feedback was to notify the seller that the item had not arrived.
