Verified purchase

Seller was able to resolve an issue with the items I purchased not being sent or lost. Sadly the original item had to be replaced with a different version of the same manual. Communications were good, although packing could have been better and the additional postage for the 2nd item I purchased was not refunded as I would expect normally.
