Item was delivered on time. It was well packaged and exactly as the seller described. I'm delighted with it, works very well & although it was a bit bigger than I expected it sits perfectly on my work surface. The instructions were clear & easy to understand with no assembly required except to attach the electric leads. I also noted it was quicker than the estimated 4hrs for the water to be distilled...3hrs approx. I would highly recommend both the product and the seller.
