This arrived on time, and in excellent (new) condition. It is what I was looking for. A very useful pan, which can be uses on a gas hob (on the smallest burner, low setting) as an economical alternative to the oven. Perfect for heating up croissants, small quiches, samosas - and for roasting chicken portions and even baking a potato or two!
