The quality is ok, but it way too short for the accompanying floor length Victorian dress with which it is sold. Coming to halway between the knee and ankle, the bottom of the dress hangs vertically past the point where the bottom hoop is. If you buy one of the accompanying dresses, look for an alternative hooped petticoat that is longer.
