Attempted to return chair to the address on the returns label/account. Delivery attempted by parcelforce but the addressee refused to accept. Contacted the seller who accused me of returning to incorrect address even though I sent it to the address on the returns label/account and refused to help resolve the issue. Fortunately after raising a dispute with eBay they found in my favour. So if there is the slightest possibility you may need to do a return please do not order from this seller.
