This 14 “ crystal large votive arrived smashed into a 100 + pieces during shipping. Crystal wrapping and protective careful packing recommended with crystal …because I don’t believe post office treats these items as “fragile”. Looks like this was tossed from truck to truck, That said, this Seller had great communication with me and immediately made it right and refunded me the same day I contacted him.
