BIG Question, why does the buyer ask for a refund or try to return the item, especially when we pay for a return? The buyer chooses the easiest option, instead of receiving a full refund without hassle. It's a strange way to complain when you ask for a discount before purchase, explaining that he has no money for new ones. After receiving and not happy with the condition after 2 months leaving negative feedback instead opening a return request. He is himself time waster
