I have never sold anything comparable. These 4 LRG drywall mounted steel framed items weighed over 30lbs. USPS would not ship due to size and UPS quoted me $612 for shipping & specialized packaging. I immediately contacted buyer, apologized, and gave him the option of paying for the shipping. I heard nothing back so I refunded him in full. I have the mockup receipt from UPS. He ignored communication and went straight to NEG feedback. I could not pay $612 when I had only charged him $59.99.
