Artikel wurde in einem Briefumschlag verschickt, ohne jeglichen Schutz und kam dann logischerweise kaputt an. Der Verkäufer verweigert den Artikel zurück zu nehmen, weil er für den Versand keine Haftung übernimmt. Hier würde ich nicht noch einmal bestellen.

Alle unsere Sendungen sind transportversichert und die Gelder werden vom Lieferanten erstattet, da es deren Verschulden ist. Es ist also nur eine Frage der Zeit, bis dies geschieht. In 12 Jahren der Zusammenarbeit mit Ebay und Tausenden von Kunden gab es keinen solchen Fall Ich habe keine Lösung für das Problem gefunden. Wahrscheinlich möchte dieser Kunde nicht, dass ich ihm bei dem, was ohne unser Verschulden passiert ist, helfe.
