This grip is listed as working with the a6400. Sadly it does not work on the a6400 only the a6500. I contacted the seller sent them photos of how it does not work with the a6400 and they refused to refund it. They said oh resell it on ebay or wait till we have a usa order and you can ship it to them for us and then we will refund you.You can see from the photos it is all set up right but it does not fit as it should so it can not power the camera.

This item can work with A6400 very well, but the customer only send some pictures and claim it doesn't work, we require a short video but the customer refuse to offer it, we said we can download the video and we'll check what's going on and if it proves defective, we'll just full refund and needn't ship it back, but no, this customer just won't make a video at all, he just want to get this item for free. Anyway, we just want to make an explaination.
