My small box arrived quickly and undamaged. Sellers pictures were accurate showing every angle of the item. I would definitely buy from dealer again.

Despite measuring carefully, this lid did not fit either of my two teapots. I'm disappointed as I've now wasted $21 (much of which was shipping costs) in addition to still having two unusable teapots. I'd recommend avoiding this route as a solution to fixing the problem of trying to replace broken teapot lids.
