This is a generous “neutral.” I’m giving the seller the benefit of the doubt. My purchase began on 4/10 item supposedly shipped via FedEx on 4/11, fast-forward to May no item. FedEx told seller it was a “weather” event. Seller refunded my money on 5/6 as requested. Note “exact” listing appeared 2 days later for $10 more. i contacted the seller and said I was surprised to see exact item relisted. He stated he had a few and this was the “last” one. I think seller should have offered to replace.
