    This item was ordered in early July. It was never received. I contacted the seller who claimed the post office did not send it due to missing postage in early August. I was told it was sent later. The envelope arrived damaged and empty on Aug 21. The yellow envelope was not sealed. It was only closed with the metal clasp. Shipping lable was applied to envelope with packing tape. Impression is that the envelope was not meant to reach me with the item bought within it.
