Ich habe das erste Mal bei diesem Händler gekauft. Es war auch das letzte Mal. Der Kontakt war negativ. Ich habe extra, wie vom Verkäufer angeboten an meine Packstation von DHL, gekauft. Nach dem Kauf kamen noch die Einfuhrsteuern in Höhe von 19% hinzu. Kein Problem bis dahin, ausserhalb EU... Wurde nicht im Angebot kommuniziert, aber gut. Geliefert wurde aber über Hermes, die liefern nicht an Packstationen. Abholung in 7km Entfernung. Das geht gar nicht. Ich bin nicht zufrieden, nie wieder!

The bike arrived in the wrong size (19 not 20 inches), and a good number of problems. Front wheel buckled, front inner tube punctured, broken pedal and, seat post clamp snapped on first attempt to tighten.
However customer services did offer to replace the bike. They also did ask for receipts of my purchases, as the manufacturer may offer some compensation.
However, I bought a new front wheel, rather than getting the old one straightened. I bought £25 pedals to replace the broken one.
