Poor workmanship. MORE plastic fray pieces on crooked saw cuts in the wrong places on SBC compensated acoustic saddle. Useless bridge and waste of my time. Seller has NO knowledge of guitars or parts. Would have tried another properly made but refused to work out resolution and simply refunded. Will buy another one from Axmasters. Beware of poor workmanship on custom parts.

Buyer was extremely unreasonable about a CUSTOM build exclusively for them that took quite a while and we went out of our way to do. Tried to resolve the issue. Chose to send a quick refund to stop receiving multiple rude messages including insults. Buyer still left negative review about a $10 item despite a full refund almost immediately while requiring no return of the item itself. We certainly did everything we could on our end. SELLERS BEWARE lol. Ps... we literally are AxeMasters LOL. :-)
