It had a slight tear in the binding in the photo which became worse during shipping and the corners were bent. A larger or more protective envelope should have been used. It was really jammed in the envelope and the manual was extremely thick. Very happy with my purchase and the condition. I would have rather paid more for better shipping materials and packaging. Other than that, exceptional experience. Thank you. 5-Star seller. Plz show binding damage
