May 7 7:00 pm seller sends message I have this one do you want let me know so I can ship out. I replied no if you don’t have what I purchased please refund my money. Seller never refunded so I had to file claim. May 15 refund was sent by eBay. May 7th seller said don’t have why did it take so long for refund
