Thanks for your feedback. This action figure was NOS (new old stock), as of 1993 and unopened. As stated in full description: (SEALED), w/some wear (some scuffs and creases on bottom corners of packaging, minor scratches and denting on plastic window, and 1.25" split in plastic blister pack at bottom; due to storage), and original "Kay-Bee" sales sticker still adhered to top right on front of packaging
