I prodotti oggetto di ripensamento dovranno essere restituiti,a cura del consumatore,in condizioni di sostanziale integrità e nel loro imballo originale. Successivamente alla ricezione della E-Mail,vi verranno inviate le istruzioni per la restituzione della merce. Una volta ricevuta la merce e verificatane l'integrità provvederemo al rimborso,nel più breve tempo possibile,e comunque al massimo entro 14 gg dal ricevimento della comunicazione di recesso.
