They cancelled the order and refunded the money. Usually I wouldn't bother leaving feedback in this situation, because it happens that sellers run out of the ordered items. However, this is the second time this seller cancels an order of mine and, more importantly, these earrings were the birthday gift for my daughter. Now I have to scramble to find a last minute gift. This is my last time trying to buy an item from this seller; they should not list items that are not available.

The earrings arrived damaged, the rear posts badly bent due to poor packaging. Earrings just placed in a polythene envelope, with no protection. The stones tested as Cubic Zirconia, not Moissanite, so refunded.
