Made my order on 22nd April, when i didnt recieve package and the delivery due date was up i contacted the seller on ebay and recieved no response. I waited a few days still no response. Then i found them on facebook where i did get a response and was told i would be sent a replacement. No apology for lack of communication and speaking very rudely. I recieved the replacement item on 10th may and i was not happy with it. I ordered croc charms they had scratches on it and color was falling off.
