    I ordered a carb rebuild kit for a 1983 Yamaha Maxim. I'm not really sure what I received, but the jets did not match what my bike had, springs differed in length a little, and there were other differences too. I was able to use the fuel mixture adjusting screws even though the length of the thread portion was a little longer and will use the new bowl gaskets, so all is not all lost. I was able to re-use my existing jets.
