Brand new item ( seal broken) never used, unwanted gift. Buyer was not happy , so I offered full refund+ postage. Wanted to keep an item for 50% off the price. I was happy to give 100% refund. Still negative feedback received and buyer not responding to sort it. Obviously happy with the purchase and 50% refund and happy to ruin 100% positive feedbacks.
