    the CBC diff analyzer after ensuring that the instrument comes after a thorough process of refurbishment and QA/QC checked when we started to operate the instrument had lot of back ground and deep leaking. after reaching to the seller We were told that we have to pay extra 2500 dollars for ensuring the instrument operation and overall condition. In fact the seller said its not instrument, its the installation process I offered to pay for installation but seller intended money first from me.

    The instrument was fully tested as you can see from the report that was sent. We even ran controls the day before we shipped it to make sure it was functional before shipping.You paid only for the instrument. You did not pay for the installation which we can gladly do, even though you are in a differnet state.You decided to take a chance and perform the installation on your own. You failed to re-attach the normally closed valves which is part of the installation which was the cause of the leaks.
