The cgc book was carefully packed, shipped, and delivered to a forwarding address. Once they re-shipped it internationally, from Delaware to China, that's where damage incurred. That is NOT my responsibility. Buyer should've contacted me first. I could've worked something out to fix it. Even though it's not my fault. 20 years of 100% feedback ruined due to an international transaction that isn't sanctioned in ebays guidelines.
