The item I ordered never arrived, they were at best disinterested about this - more concerned that I didn't give them a bad review, they suggested that I gave it a couple more days (beyond the promised delivery date) 'if it still didn't arrive they'd send another'.. kind of a "we'll get around to it" vibe!
