I bid/won this item and never received it....I asked for shipment status twice with no response. I finally contacted ebay to resolve my situation and was told by ebay that the seller did not have the item/couldn't find the item. I have no issue with that. My issue is with the fact that I asked TWICE over several weeks. There is no excuse for not responding to me and explaining the seller's situation. Poor communication!
