This product was the ABSOLUTE WORST item that i have ever bought on eBay. AND, their service was also TERRIBLE. I will never even think of buying anything from these people. I opened the box I found 12 little plastic bags with various wires but ZERO instructions. When I made contact to ask for some help I was told to check the website of the manufacturer - they only showed how to put up the boom. I have called this seller about
