Super disappointed! I needed these for my brotherhood trip this weekend. Not only was the shipping delayed but I received the wrong size. I clearly ordered a 2XL but received an XL. Guess what, the seller doesn't accept returns! I was sent the wrong size and I can't return them? I basically wasted my money huh?

Hi, I am very sorry for the eror that was made on our behalf. Had you reached out to us first as opposed to taking pictures and screenshots for the negative feedback, you would have already had a another pair in the correct size on the way to you, at no charge.
We give everyone first class customer service which includes sending out a new item as a customer service at no charge as we DO NOT accept returns for hygenic and health reasons. I hope you were able to find another pair.
