    I feel like when I'm trying to voice chat or use Google Assistant I have to speak into that little tiny box in front of the case next to the microphone and it's two muffled there needs to be a revamp for this case cuz Note 20 ultra had it perfect this new design for the case isn't working very well...

    Hello, thank you for your feedback! Our tech team suggests reinstalling the device from the side to ensure that all ports and toggle switches are properly aligned. Another option to consider is opening the charging port, as this will enable sound to travel within and outside of the case. We understand the sound loss challenge with the waterproof design, as this case is completely sealed. We are working towards enhancing the design to address this concern.
